We know that sometimes you get an email or call from a customer who has entered the wrong address (Apple Pay addresses are often the culprit) or ordered the wrong product. If you contact us before 3pm we can normally pull the order and re-label with a new address or manually swap the item(s) out. We have a dedicated email address: support@startupfulfilment.co.uk that is actively monitored during the run up to cut off time.
