Our packing stations have overhead cameras which record each order being packed. We store the recordings for 15 days and we can retrieve a screen shot showing the items sent alongside the packaging, shipping & dispatch labels.

Unless provided with specific criteria we will exercise our judgment on whether an item of stock is fit to be dispatched or not. Typically this means we will reject items that are visibly damaged e.g. cracked, split, opened, seal broken etc. If you want us to reject subtly imperfect items e.g. very slight dents, scuffed or wonky label etc., just let us know at the outset and we will have that on your fulfilment info sheet displayed at the pick & pack workstation

We know that sometimes you get an email or call from a customer who has entered the wrong address (Apple Pay addresses are often the culprit) or ordered the wrong product. If you contact us before 3pm we can normally pull the order and re-label with a new address or manually swap the item(s) out. We have a dedicated email address: support@startupfulfilment.co.uk that is actively monitored during the run up to cut off time.

When sending stock (inventory) to us it's important that you ensure it is well packaged to avoid damage in transit. if you are sending cartons / master cartons as you received them from your supplier / manufacturer its advisable to cover the carton / box in a extra layer (or two!) of cardboard. We are now shipping on Saturdays with a cut off time of 11.00am. This coupled with Royal Mail's 7 day service (for Tracked 24, which we use) also means orders placed on Saturday are now often delivered on the Sunday.

Royal Mail are the best provider for UK consumer deliveries. Their new parcel hubs mean that Royal Mail tracked 24 is now a genuinely next day service and unlike others, it covers the whole of the UK as well. Another key advantage is the posties local knowledge and their care with deliveries. We don't like parcels being thrown over fences or left out in the rain!
