Accurate and reliable
We use helm, an enterprise level WMS software solution. This enables seamless integration and accurate barcode led digital picking. We also offer a unique visual recording of the packing process, which is a useful tool if you ever get a customer dispute.
Shipping 6 days a week with a 4pm cut off time Monday to Friday and 11am on Saturday, your Friday evening customers don't have to wait until Tuesday for delivery which is a real advantage in the competitive ecommerce market.
Included in the price
Standard sized items are packaged in a sturdy 100% recyclable box with 100% recyclable void fill or if more suitable a mailing polybag. Both options are included in the price.

If you are sending fragile items we offer enhanced packaging options including Hivewrap and Ecoflow void fill chips for a small additional fee.
International
We also offer unbeatable fixed price EU fulfilment: £9.99 for orders up 500g and £10.99 for orders up to 1kg in weight with IOSS​.
​Our fixed price offering is also available for the USA, with orders weighing up to 500g for £11.99​ and those weighing up to 1kg for only £15.99. We pay import duty on your behalf and invoice it at cost for frictionless delivery.
